ERP/CRM Consultant

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to provide experienced leadership for an ongoing enterprise system rollout in Grain Valley, Missouri. This Long-term Contract opportunity is suited for a detail-oriented individual who can evaluate project status, bring clarity to outstanding issues, and align business teams around a practical path to completion. The consultant will work closely with operational and financial stakeholders to strengthen system readiness, improve adoption, and support a successful implementation outcome.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an active ERP implementation by establishing priorities, creating structure, and driving the project toward a successful completion.
• Review the current phase of the rollout, identify operational or project risks, and recommend practical actions to resolve gaps.
• Partner with teams across finance, manufacturing, operations, and executive leadership to maintain alignment on objectives and timelines.
• Support data conversion activities by helping validate readiness, improve accuracy, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Prepare the organization for system adoption by developing and guiding functional training efforts once the platform is stable.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal business stakeholders and the external ERP vendor.
• Monitor implementation progress and communicate status updates, dependencies, and decisions to key stakeholders.
• Assist with solution readiness efforts related to process execution, testing, and overall deployment preparedness.
