Job Description
Johnsonville Location:
Global Headquarters Members of Johnsonville's legal team provide counsel, service and leadership that touches on a wide range of subjects including contracts, employment, litigation, regulatory matters and governance matters. In each case, you must relentlessly drive our business needs and seek to create a competitive advantage, usually in ambiguous circumstances. Members of the team also possess a keen business mind and an immense amount of curiosity for Johnsonville's business drivers, as well as a love for elevating legal skills throughout the organization.Position Overview The Ethics & Compliance Analyst will play a key part in supporting our growing global Ethics & Compliance team and will report directly to the Senior Global Compliance Director. In this role, you'll help keep our global compliance program running smoothly by making sure we follow the right laws, regulations, and internal policies. You'll focus on building a strong culture of integrity, helping with investigations, updating policies, supporting training efforts, reviewing compliance data, and sharing insights on emerging trends. Responsibilities Manage the Company's Ethics Helpline, including triaging new reports, ensuring investigators document matters appropriately Develop the annual Ethics & Compliance training calendar and assist with scheduling trainings and developing training materials Administer annual Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosure and Code attestation campaigns Support third-party due diligence including screening and documentation Create and maintain dashboards for COI, training, and ethics hotline metrics Draft compliance communications, guides, and intranet content Assist with risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives Assist the Senior Global Compliance Director with internal investigations Respond to Employee (Member) inquiries regarding the Global Code of Ethics & Business Conduct and other internal company policies Education Bachelor's degree, preferred Experience 3+ years of professional administrative experience, required Exposure to compliance, risk, audit, or legal functions, strongly preferred Skills Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, with the ability to organize and present information clearly and effectively Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated high integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with care Experience leading or coordinating large‑scale projects, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results in a timely manner Fluency in an additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, Haitian Creole, or Hmong) is a plus but not required
