Evening Supervisor- Food Service Staff

4-H Camp Palmer Position Description Food Service Staff-Evening Supervisor Duties Food preparation, serve meals, stock, and record inventory, clean up, operate large kitchen machinery, over see campers as they aid in meal set up and clean up, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Large group kitchen experience is helpful. Able to lift 40 pounds, good humor to work around children and adults, able to read and mix recipes. Must be able to tolerate hot and cold extremes. Responsible To the Food Service Supervisor and camp management. Season April through October. Days of work vary in the Spring and Fall. Summer schedules run seven days per week. Kitchen is not open in winter. Hours Schedules are variable, but ideal shift for this role would be 12:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m Schedules Kitchen staff rotate shifts and days of work to allow for days off and personal needs, but this position would work mostly in the evenings.
