Event Coordinator

Overview We're growing our team and looking to bring on a few enthusiastic and organized Event Coordinators to join our staff! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working with people, and enjoys bringing events to life behind the scenes. Responsibilities Assist with event setup and breakdown Coordinate day-of event logistics Help manage vendor arrivals and timelines Ensure events run smoothly according to pre-established schedules Support the lead planning team throughout the event day Provide exceptional service and maintain a professional presence onsite Event Locations Our events take place throughout: New York City New York State Fairfield County, CT Travel to event locations is required. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Weekend availability is required Prior event or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and team-player mentality What We're Looking For We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about events and excited to be part of creating memorable experiences for our clients.
