Event Install Crew

Job Description:

Twine Event Collection is a wedding and event rental company that provides high-end furniture and décor for celebrations around the Lake Tahoe basin and beyond. We are looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our Event Install Crew. This is an active, physically demanding seasonal role for those who enjoy physical labor, being part of a team, and working in a fast-paced environment. This seasonal role will begin in June and continue until September/October. Dates for mandatory paid trainings are May 24th or May 30th.

Responsibilities:

Safely load, transport, and unload heavy rental items, including sofas, chairs, cocktail bars, etc. Set up and arrange furniture / event elements according to provided layouts and client specifications. Ensure all items are clean, polished, and in excellent condition before/after each event. Perform quality checks to ensure all setups meet the company's high standards. Maintain tight timelines during event installs and breakdowns Conduct yourself in a professional and friendly manner in front of wedding coordinators, other vendors, venue staff, wedding guests, etc. Break down and carefully pack rental items for return to the warehouse. Assist with warehouse organization, maintenance, and inventory when needed. Work outdoors in mountain conditions (heat, sun, wind, cold) Operate a 10ft - 26ft box truck (training provided) General shift overview: $25/hr daytime shifts occur between the hours of 6AM and 7PM. $30/hr nighttime shifts occur between the hours of 7PM and 4AM. Most shifts occur Fridays-Sundays, with some occasionally on other weekdays. Shift lengths can be anywhere from 2-8 hours, depending on the size of the rental order and distance to the event venue.

Requirements:

Commitment to working a minimum of 2 shifts per month (June 2026 - October 2026) Weekend availability (Fridays-Sundays) Punctuality and arriving ready for your shift Willingness to communicate with your crew members and event staff from other companies Reliable transportation to/from team meeting sites in Stateline / South Lake Tahoe Ability to lift and move heavy furniture from 30-80 lbs Ability to perform essential physical functions including frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, and prolonged standing Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment for shifts anywhere from 2-8 hours Valid driver's license Ability to safely drive box trucks to/from events (with training) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous experience in event setup, moving, warehouse work, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Perks:
