Job Description:

Daring to Dream Events is hiring reliable, detail-oriented waitstaff to support weddings and private events throughout San Luis Obispo County. Our team plays a key role in creating a seamless guest experience—from setting tables to executing service and keeping events running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

Set up event spaces (tables, linens, place settings, etc.) Assist with food service (plated dinners, buffets, passed appetizers) Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event Support bartenders and coordinators as needed Break down and reset spaces at the end of events Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests

Qualifications:

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (not required) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to stay organized and move efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Ability to lift and carry trays, tables, and equipment Reliable transportation Availability on evenings and weekends
