Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all attendees Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging equipment, and drink setup to meet event specifications. Food service operations-prepare beverages with attention to safety and presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately during while maintaining accountability for all funds Enforce food safety protocol at all times. Collaborate with event organizers to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event Utilize public speaking skills when addressing customers and colleagues. Qualifications Previous experience in working events, hospitality, or customer service is highly desirable Excellent guest services skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude Ability to perform cash handling accurately and responsibly in fast-paced settings. Comfortable engaging in public speaking and providing clear information in response to customer questions Knowledge of food service operations and hospitality standards preferred Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high energy levels and enthusiasm.
