Excavation Laborer

JMH Earthworx, LLC is a growing excavation and site-work company specializing in all phases of excavation and various other job scopes. We're looking for hard-working, dependable laborers to join our crew for the upcoming 2026 season. If you're not afraid of physical work, enjoy being outdoors, and want to learn real construction skills, this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation Work around heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, trucks) Load/unload materials and tools Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow directions and work as part of a team Requirements Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, shoveling, working on uneven terrain) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Construction experience is a plus , but not required

CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
