Job Description:
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support a senior partner at a top international law firm. You will be responsible for providing high-level, administrative support, such as managing complex calendaring, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting business development and marketing efforts.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Up to $125k + Overtime + Discretionary Bonus

: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc. Qualifications High School diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred) with a minimum of six years' experience in a law firm environment. Knowledge of Firm software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new operating systems. Exceptional professionalism, close attention to detail, and effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, handle shifting priorities, synthesize information, and maintain strict confidentiality. Flexibility to perform a wide range of tasks, adjust hours as needed, and thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team. Job Duties/Responsibilities Be the go-to person for complex scheduling, travel (domestic/international), and visa coordination, always staying ahead of conflicts and anticipating needs. Handle all financial administration-time entry, expenses, and invoices-and prepare/edit documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Manage attorney email accounts as a proxy, organizing messages, prioritizing action items, and ensuring all communication is properly filed. Play a key role in business development and client intake by prepping necessary documents, tracking activity, supporting accurate billing, and maintaining relationships with client contacts. Organize and execute client and internal meetings (logistics, AV, catering), assist with general office tasks and special projects, and maintain a four-day-a-week physical presence in the office.
