Executive Director - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our long-term care facility with passion, integrity, and strategic vision. This vital role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional resident care, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care, nursing home management, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia-related conditions. Duties Provide visionary leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality assisted living, memory care, and nursing home services aligned with organizational goals. Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive care plans tailored to residents' individual needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care. Oversee daily operations including staffing, budgeting, compliance, medication administration, and resident safety protocols. Supervise management teams and staff across departments such as nursing, social work, activities, and home & community care services. Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations governing long-term care facilities while maintaining a culture of continuous quality improvement. Manage financial aspects including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control to sustain efficient operations. Foster positive relationships with residents' families and community partners to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement. Experience Proven experience in nursing home administration or senior care management with a minimum of several years in a leadership role. Extensive knowledge of assisted living environments, memory care programs, Alzheimer's care practices, and dementia-specific interventions. Demonstrated success supervising multidisciplinary teams in long-term care or group home settings. Strong background in operations management including budgeting, financial acumen, and regulatory compliance. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in home & community care settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and social work principles related to elder and disability populations.
