In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive operational strategy, optimize business systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement that directly impacts our mission and strategic growth. As the driving force behind enterprise operations, technology oversight, and compliance, you'll ensure that our infrastructure and processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our vision for innovation and excellence.Required Skills:
Over 10 years of proven operational leadership experience, including managing enterprise systems, workflows, and cross-functional teams Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with the ability to develop and implement scalable operational frameworks Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities Expertise in process design, KPI measurement, and performance optimization Leadership experience in technology oversight, data management, and risk mitigation Nice toHave Skills:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification PMP (Project Management Professional) certification Experience with organizational transformation and large-scale operational initiatives Knowledge of organizational compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacyPreferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline preferred A track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in complex environmentsOther Requirements:
