Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of finance, accounting, or budget analysis experience Strong proficiency with Excel, especially pivot tables, lookups, and variance modeling Hands-on experience with accounting/financial systems such as Oracle or similar software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with remote or hybrid teams Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines Detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information Nice to Have Skills Experience managing procurement and purchase order (PO) processes Supporting Board-level or executive-level reporting projects Familiarity with Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Google Experience supporting financial audits or compliance activities Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines 3-5 years within finance or related roles, ideally supporting remote or hybrid teams Prior involvement with procurement processes and executive presentations Other Requirements Willingness to adapt to evolving internal processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Flexibility for occasional travel and working hours outside standard schedules as needed Demonstrated high integrity and discretion when managing confidential financial information Jump into a pivotal role where your expertise will help shape our organization's strategic future with immediate impactful work!
