Experienced M&R Screen Printing Full Time Operator Needed

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manual and automatic screen printing equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards are met consistently. Responsibilities The ideal candidate for this position will understand all aspects of the embroidery and screen printing process. Detail oriented person.

• maintain and able to setup 1-12 color design logos
• Operate M&R screen printing equipment and Tajima Embroidery equipment
• Troubleshooting equipment and orders.
• Monitor print quality, mix inks
• Perform quality checks and photo proofs.
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines climate controlled facility operating 8-18 color sportsman, gauntlet and challenger presses.

Digital Squeegee, fully automated screen department with over 3000 screens in production weekly. Tajima Embroidery Department. If you possess experience in embroidery that is a plus as well.
