This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone hungry, competitive, connected, and ready to make serious money.

Requirements:

MUST have pest control sales experience MUST live in Essex County or be heavily connected in the Essex County area MUST already have a strong book of business, local relationships, or industry connections Strong communication and closing skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Commercial sales experience is a major plus

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who already knows how to talk to people, build relationships, and network within the community.

Ideal experience includes:

Pest control sales Door-to-door sales Political canvassing Community outreach Networking and relationship-based sales Business development High-ticket sales experience If you already know business owners, property managers, local organizations, or have strong local connections, this position can be extremely lucrative.

Compensation:

Base salary starts around $55,000/year Top performers can earn $100,000+ base salary depending on experience and production Commission paid on top of salary Bonuses and incentives available Unlimited earning potential
