Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Brake, Shear, and Punch Press Setup Operator to join our production team in Franksville, WI on 1st shift. This position is responsible for setting up and operating fabrication equipment including press brakes, shears, and punch presses while maintaining quality and production standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with 12 and 14 gauge material, be able to read blueprints, perform machine setups, and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake, shear, and punch press equipment
• Work with 12 and 14 gauge sheet metal materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
• Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares
• Maintain production efficiency and safe work practices
• Troubleshoot minor machine or setup issues
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Previous experience setting up and operating brake, shear, and punch press equipment required
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
