Stocker / Cashier

Duties Stock shelves accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing through effective merchandising techniques Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process sales quickly and accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments with professionalism Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions about products, and offering assistance with locating items or product demos Maintain proper cash handling procedures, balancing registers at shift end and ensuring all transactions are secure and accurate Assist in upselling by suggesting additional products or promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Keep the store clean, organized, and safe by monitoring aisles for hazards and restocking supplies as needed Demonstrate strong communication skills by engaging with customers politely and effectively managing phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
