Facilities Coordinator

THIS ROLE WILL BE ONSITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK.

This client is an international specialty property and casualty insurer and reinsurer; one of the top 20 insurance providers worldwide.

Schedule:

5 days per week in office/Full Time 40 hour per week schedule. Could be one off instances for

OT Qualifications/Requirements:

• Exton, PA office is a large facility with ageing issues.

(

Ex:

cabinets need to be tightened, walls that need new paint)

• Day to Day walk throughs identifying any issues with building and working with vendors to repair.
• Stocking office supply rooms & kitchens
• Assist with in-house mailing operation
• Would assist with spring cleaning/reorganization project
• Would report to workplace manager and work with two other workplace coordinators. Team needs an extra set of hands.
• Attention to detail is critical and being actively observant for issues that need repair.
• Experience working with vendors.
• Basic MS office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Past service experience would be helpful
• Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds
• Well spoken & well written

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
