Facilities / Marina Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities / Marina Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and maintenance of marina facilities and related infrastructure. Your expertise will help create a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment that enhances the experience for boaters, residents, and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities management skills in a vibrant maritime setting. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance of marina facilities, including docks, piers, boat lifts, electrical systems, and plumbing. Manage facilities maintenance tasks such as painting (including residential painting), carpentry, and general repairs to ensure safety standards are met. Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing resident or boater concerns promptly and professionally. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for staff and visitors. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance Knowledge of residential painting techniques and general carpentry skills. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
