Fairway Pines, located in Sauk Centre Minnesota, was voted Best Assisted Living in Minnesota in 2023, making it an excellent place to work! You can find us just off Main Street, East of the Old Course Sauk Centre. We are only a few minutes away from the city center with access to shopping, good restaurants, and much more! Shifts Available:

Part Time PM (3:45pm-7:45pm), with every other weekend rotation.

Wage:

$15.50 - $20.50 Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Culinary Assistants/Servers becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.

Duties include:

Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food. Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable. Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately. Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes. Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in a senior living setting is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.
