The Role:

This is a year-round, full-time position. You won't just be a number here; you'll be a vital part of our daily operations, ensuring our land and equipment are well-cared for through every season.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation:

Safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy machinery, including tractors, loaders, trucks, and ATVs.

Irrigation Management:

Oversee and manage our irrigation systems to keep our crops and pastures thriving.

Routine Maintenance:

Keep our fleet running smoothly by performing basic upkeep, such as greasing joints and checking fluid levels.

What We're Looking For:

Dependability:

A valid driver's license is required.

Attitude:

You bring high energy and a positive outlook to the farm every morning.

Mechanical Aptitude:

While not a strict requirement, having a "mechanical lean" or the ability to tinker and fix things is a huge plus.

Stamina:
