Job Title Fiber Splicing & Troubleshooting Technician - Immediate Hire (Richmoned Va) Job Description We are hiring an experienced Fiber Splicing & Troubleshooting Technician for immediate, full-time work in Richmond, Virginia. This role is for a hands-on splicer who can troubleshoot, not just build. Pay based on experienced $30 to $50 an hour Paid weekly Steady Work Responsibilities Fusion splicing (single fiber & ribbon) Troubleshooting high loss, outages, and trouble calls OTDR testing, trace interpretation, and documentation Power meter testing Reading prints, redlines, and as-builts
ISP & OSP
fiber work (aerial and/or underground) 3+ years fiber splicing experience Strong OTDR troubleshooting skills Ability to isolate faults and resolve issues independently Valid driver's license Ability to start immediately Preferred Comcast experience Bucket truck experience To Apply Apply with your experience details.
