This role is responsible for guiding Operators in Training and Operators II, III, and IV while ensuring field operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure timely job site arrival and readiness of equipment and materials Assist in pre-job safety meetings and execution of operational procedures Direct and assist crew with rig-in/rig-out processes and ensure proper setup Provide ongoing technical support during treatments; monitor field operations for safety and efficiency Communicate with customer representatives and support positive client relationships Identify and resolve standard operational issues; escalate complex problems to Supervisor Review and approve field documentation including fuel logs, job tickets, post-job reports, and safety checklists Operate heavy-duty and complex equipment as needed Perform vehicle and equipment inspections; ensure everything is in safe working condition Exercise stop work authority when unsafe conditions or alternative solutions are identified Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational goals QualificationsQualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements Able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, background check, and MVR review Minimum of 3 years of experience in oilfield services Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred Skills & Knowledge Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Transport of Dangerous Goods (TDG), and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Strong leadership and mentoring ability Adaptability to dynamic work conditions Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) High safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Willingness to travel extensively and work a rotational schedule Critical Tasks / Performance Goals Train, mentor, and support the development of junior Operators Immediately report all hazards, near misses, accidents, and injuries to appropriate personnel Attend and contribute to weekly safety meetings Enforce and adhere to all company operational and technical standards Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in shop, yard, and field environments Work Environment & Physical Demands Exposure to moving machinery, outdoor weather, diesel fumes, chemicals, and moderate to loud noise Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching; occasional climbing, kneeling, or crawling Requires use of respirators, safety gear, and visual precision for various tasks Must be able to clearly communicate in team meetings and field settings American Cementing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
