Field Safety - Construction Industry

Job Description Job Description Job Description We provide civil construction, commercial construction and industrial construction services including site preparation, excavation, underground utilities, and paving.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate employee work related injury care/light duty work with managers/supervisors
• Assist with job site inspections, assessments and evaluations to identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety and health rules and regulations
• Assist in the investigation of safety incidents, employee injuries, near misses and/or situations where safety procedures were not followed and complete the appropriate reports and/or other paperwork necessary
• Assist with the follow up after an accident, incident or near miss situation to ensure the appropriate corrective actions have been implemented to prevent recurrence of a similar situation
• Assist and perform routine inspections of various life safety systems including, but not limited to, fire extinguishers, emergency eyewash, nearest emergency locations and first aid
• Other duties as assigned
