Summary The Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Development will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Kodiak Gas Services. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Corporate Development team, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth and success. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct thorough market and industry research toidentifytrends, opportunities, and potential risks. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making. Develop detailed financial models to assess the financial feasibility andimpactof potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investments. Analyze and interpret financial data toprovideactionable insights to senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine the company's overall strategic goals. Contribute to the development of business strategies that align with the company's long-termobjectives. Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Work closely with legal, finance, and other relevant teams to assess risks and opportunities associated with strategic initiatives. Build andmaintainstrong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior leadership and other key decision-makers. Education & Certification s Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. Completion of commercial bank or investment banking analyst training program Work Experience Proven experience as aFinancialAnalyst or in a similar role within Corporate Development. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Skills & Abilities Strong financial modeling skills andproficiencyin analyzing complex datasets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Highly self-motivated and directed. Attention to detail.
