We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Representative passionate about providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the integrity of our nation's bridges. Essential Functions/Responsibilities of the

Position:

Master installation and maintenance of R.J. Watson products. Rapidly adapt to evolving priorities and environments. Develop strong relationships with customers. Uphold the company's professional image during client interactions. Coordinate effectively with various stakeholders to arrange field service appointments. Manage travel logistics, including flights, car rentals, and accommodations. Travel frequently, up to 60% of the time, often on short notice. Work unconventional hours, as contractors often operate overnight. Adjust plans in response to weather conditions, maintaining clear communication with clients. Complete detailed field reports with photographs within 1-3 days post-service.

Other duties:

Support the sales team with product development, administrative tasks, and other duties when not traveling.

Position Qualifications:

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent required. Two-year technical degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

(Years):

Entry Level SKILLS:

Time management. Basic Microsoft Office. Leadership and directive abilities. Problem-solving and critical thinking. Basic hand tools proficiency. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
