This position reports to our Field Service Manager and will be responsible for performing customer support activities for our electronic test systems, including performing final system-level diagnostic tests, tracking and documenting quality data and non-conformance issues, ensuring electronic test systems conform to quality standards, generating reports, and resolving technical problems inhouse and at customer sites.Key Responsibilities:
Perform final system-level diagnostics and root-cause troubleshooting. Ensure electronic test systems and related orders are complete and conform to quality standards. Document non-conformance issues and record in Infor. Confer with engineers, technicians, production personnel and others regarding testing procedures and results to resolve problems. Isolates equipment start-up malfunctions and take corrective action. Follows established policies and procedures in conducting on-site installation, repair and/or testing of equipment to ensure proper working order. Trains customer personnel in basic equipment operation and maintenance responsibilities. Logs service requests and interface with senior team members ensuring proper resolution of requests and communicate with relevant parties, bringing request to final resolution. Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:
Associates degree in Electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered. Ability to work from schematics, diagrams and layouts. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Communication skills must be adequate to interface effectively with customers. Experience using hand tools, multi-meters and oscilloscopes. Detail-oriented and follows through on tasks. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Ability to work extended hours as required. Willingness to travel domestically and international, up to 25%. Possess valid Driver's License and personal motor vehicle. Possess or be eligible to acquire a Passport.Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of three phase AC Power. Knowledge of pneumatic systems. Knowledge of PLC and VFD controls. Knowledge of heating/refrigeration systems.Physical Demands:

Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/or move material weighing up to 60 pounds, 0 - 33 % of time. Ability to travel to customer sites, as necessary. May be exposed to high noise levels for short amounts of time.
