Position Overview The Finance Associate will support the FP&A function through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives that drive business decision-making and operational efficiency. This individual will play a key role in developing financial models, preparing executive-level reporting, partnering with investment teams on forecasting initiatives, and helping enhance reporting capabilities through automation and visualization tools. Responsibilities Prepare recurring financial reporting packages and multi-year forecasts for senior leadership Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business analysis Support the enhancement and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools Analyze and consolidate large datasets from multiple sources to support ad hoc business requests Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization across finance operations Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, investment, and digital transformation teams on strategic initiatives
