Customer engagement Cross-functional collaboration Financial data analysis tools Data analysis software Full Job Description We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our agile finance team. In this vital role, you will manage Accounts Payable (A/P) workflows, support general bookkeeping functions, and ensure full compliance with internal financial controls. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Compliance (Primary ~70%) Maintain organized filing systems for all financial records and documents. Verify, code, and enter incoming vendor invoices across accounting platforms with a high sense of urgency and accuracy. Prepare check runs in a timely manner, paying all bills on time. Maintain vendor records, process W-9s, and assist with annual 1099 reporting. Bookkeeping & Accounting Support (Secondary ~30%) Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Support month-end close by preparing journal entries and executing double-entry bookkeeping procedures. Utilize Excel functions for data analysis and routine report generation. Assist with general administrative or office duties, including customer inquiries via phone or email with professional phone etiquette.Core Values & Mindset Requirements Positive Attitude:

2-4 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience with general ledger or double-entry bookkeeping exposure; general office/administrative experience preferred.Accounting Principles :
Grasp of GAAP principles, debits/credits, and internal controls.Software & Automation :
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables). Familiarity with Newstar Enterprise (Constellation) is a plus.Communication & Organization:
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills; strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual abilities are a plus).Pay:
