full-time We're looking for an experienced Senior Accountantto join our Management Resources Loan Staff team, where you'll take on impactful interim roles that help clients navigate critical accounting initiatives, operational challenges, and business transitions. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise across a variety of industries and business environments while supporting organizations during periods of growth, transformation, system implementations, and special projects. Key Responsibilities Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation. Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reporting packages for management and key stakeholders. Support general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial results. Assist with technical accounting projects, audits, process improvements, and compliance initiatives. Partner with client teams to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and increase efficiencies. Support ERP implementations, system upgrades, data conversions, and process automation efforts. Collaborate effectively with client leadership, finance teams, and external auditors to meet reporting deadlines and project objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA candidate preferred. 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience with month-end close and financial reporting. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting. Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
