Strong benefits package and career advancement opportunities What You'll Be Doing Accounting & Financial Reporting Prepare and review complex journal entries and account reconciliations Support month-end and year-end close activities Conduct accounting research and analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting Prepare financial reports and analyses for leadership teams Maintain accrual, amortization, and other accounting schedules Process Improvement & Controls Evaluate and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Identify automation opportunities and recommend process efficiencies Partner cross-functionally to strengthen financial processes and reduce risk Audit & Compliance Coordinate external and regulatory audits Manage audit requests and collaborate with auditors and key stakeholders Support compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Leadership & Project Support Mentor and support junior accounting staff Review work products and provide guidance on technical accounting matters Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives Present recommendations and insights to management What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications CPA, MBA, or Master's in Accounting Financial services industry experience NetSuite ERP experience Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analytics Proven process improvement and automation experience Benefits Competitive compensation package Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company-sponsored programs Tuition reimbursement Professional development opportunities Collaborative and team-oriented culture
