What You'll Do:

Financial Management & Reporting Issue timely and complete financial statements and management cost reports. Perform financial analysis as needed for pricing decisions and operational benchmarks. Ensure all periodic reconciliations and debt payments are completed accurately and on time. Internal Controls & Compliance Maintain a documented system of accounting policies, procedures, and transaction controls. Perform Sales tax, property tax statements, Business license Monitor debt levels and ensure strict compliance with debt covenants. Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and the Corporate Accounting firm. Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. Maintain Sales and Daily Cash Position report for Cash Flow management Maintain Fixed Assets Ledger Basic working knowledge of

Inventory Maintenance, Costing and Reconciliation Qualifications Experience:

5+ years of progressive accounting experience strictly within the manufacturing industry.

Technical Savvy:

Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing/cost accounting, operational analysis, and external audits.

Language Skills:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving and collaboration. Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prepare financial statements, management cost reports, reconciliations, and operational accounting reports.
• Support manufacturing cost accounting, inventory maintenance, costing, and reconciliation.
• Manage internal controls, compliance activities, audit coordination, and accounting procedures.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash position reporting, and fixed asset records.
• 5+ years of progressive senior accounting experience specifically within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, operational analysis, and external audits.
• Working knowledge of inventory accounting, costing, reconciliations, fixed assets, sales tax, property tax, and business license requirements.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with accounting procedures and controls.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.
• Comfortable serving as a key point of contact for external auditors and corporate accounting partners. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Experience in a stable manufacturing environment with exposure to both financial reporting and operational accounting preferred.
