We work with domestic and international customers and vendors, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This is a hands-on accounting position. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling daily accounting tasks in QuickBooks Online and supporting month-end and year-end accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including A/R and A/P Enter and review vendor bills, customer invoices, credit memos, payments, and deposits Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks Online Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare and review A/R and A/P aging reports Assist with journal entries, general ledger review, and month-end/year-end closing Support financial reporting and coordinate with the company's CPA as needed Assist with inventory-related accounting, purchasing, sales orders, and billing transactions Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal team members Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required QuickBooks experience required; QuickBooks Online experience preferred Experience with A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, and general accounting tasks Journal entry and month-end closing experience preferred Inventory, import/export, wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines Able to work independently and follow established procedures Korean/English bilingual ability required
