Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain accuracy across the general ledger.
- Support monthly and year-end close activities by reviewing financial data and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with corporate tax and sales tax processes, including compiling documentation and coordinating filings.
- Monitor balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting standards.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and provide accounting support for daily business operations.
- Contribute to financial recordkeeping for e-commerce and product-based transactions, ensuring completeness and proper classification.
- Help maintain accounting data within NetSuite and support ongoing process improvements tied to system and reporting needs.
- Participate in ad hoc analyses and special projects to support the company's continued growth and acquisitions.
