Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with GAAP.Analyze financial results and investigate account variances.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Track capital expenditures and project-related costs.

Assist with fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and asset tracking.

Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.

Review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for accuracy.

Prepare regulatory, tax, and compliance-related documentation as needed.

Partner with operations, project managers, and finance leadership to improve financial processes and reporting.
