Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounts payable (invoice processing, payments, reconciliations)Assist in daily accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger, and account reconciliationsApply a strong understanding of debits and credits in all financial activitiesPrepare and analyze financial reports as neededSupport month-end and year-end close processesMaintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposesPerform ad hoc analysis using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)Minimum of 6 months of accounting experience (internship or work experience accepted)Experience in the hospitality or retail industry strongly preferredHands-on experience with full-cycle accounts payable processesProficient with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulasDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesReady to continue building your accounting career with a reputable company in a dynamic industry?
