Location:

7180 Lampson Ave. Garden Grove, CA 92841 This job manages a wide range of accounting and administrative functions, including the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, monthly account closing, and vendor management. This role also involves monitoring customer accounts and communicating with internal teams to ensure business goals are met.

Job Duties:

Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices. Manage the monthly account closing process. Prepare detailed monthly inventory reports. Perform duties such as procuring vendors, negotiating service agreements, and others as assigned Monitor customer accounts to resolve payment issues and irregularities. Communicate with department managers and stores to support operations. Support internal and external audits Assist with various duties as needed.

Skills required:

Knowledgeable in

Accounting Software:

R365, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Looking for someone that is bilingual in English and Vietnamese preferred. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently as well as part of a team
