Position Title :
Accounting /
Admin Associate Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform daily accounting operations (A/R, A/P, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation) Assist with month-end and year-end closing Prepare financial reports and support budgeting/financial analysis Coordinate payroll and employee onboarding documentation Support HR and general administrative functions Coordinate HR/Admin matters for the Kokomo, Indiana warehouse, including employee support, onboarding, documentation, and office administration Communicate with headquarters and branch offices regarding accounting and operational matters Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred Entry-level and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply Accounting knowledge is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and collaboratively Korean and English communication skills preferred [Additional Preference] Candidates who are open to future relocation or assignment to Indiana (Kokomo area) based on business needs are strongly preferred.
