Job Description
The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in general accounting, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work across transactional, reporting, and operational finance activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain financial records in accordance with company policy and applicable accounting standardsSupport monthly and year-end close through journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reportingReconcile general ledger accounts, bank activity, and balance sheet accountsAssist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activitiesPrepare schedules and documentation for audits, tax support, and internal reportingParticipate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisMonitor and analyze employee and operating expensesSupport accounting for inventory and sales commission processesPartner cross-functionally to improve financial visibility and support decision-makingDevelop, document, and enhance standard operating procedures and accounting workflowsFor immediate consideration, contact Robert Half at 209-232-1991.
