Job Description
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, schedules, and account analysis.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, cash applications, credits, deductions, collections, AR aging, and customer account issue resolution.
- Provide visibility and support for Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, vendor discrepancies, payment requirements, documentation, and controls.
- Review work prepared by junior accounting staff, provide coaching, assist with prioritization, and serve as a day-to-day escalation point for accounting questions.
- Investigate variances, discrepancies, unusual activity, and accounting issues while recommending timely corrective action.
- Support process improvements, SOP documentation, ERP or reporting initiatives, audit requests, and cross-functional accounting support. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
