Responsibilities Perform bank and account reconciliations. Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy. Assist with month-end close and financial reporting. Analyze transactions and ensure proper application of debits and credits. Research and resolve discrepancies and reconciling items. Support audits and special projects as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits. Proven experience with bank reconciliations. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
