About Lake Wildwood Association Lake Wildwood is an active, gated community located about one hour northeast of Sacramento in the historic Gold Rush foothills of Nevada County. About the role Provides accounting support within the Finance department. Pay Range $30 - $35 DOE Benefits include 401(k) with 5% ER Match 25% discount at The Oaks Restaurant Golf at no cost on a time available basis Access to other Amenities What you'll do Provide reconciliation support for balance sheet accounts Assist with the reconciliation of bank statement activity to the general ledger Assist as directed with auditor requests relating to the Association's annual audit. Maintain filing system for journal entries, bank statements, external reports, and other miscellaneous items. Special projects as directed by the Accounting Manager or Director of Finance. Assist with month-end close process. This includes working with Excel spreadsheets, graphs, and account analysis. Assist with the Association's annual budget preparation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting from a college or university and three or more years of related accounting work experience. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Microsoft Outlook E-Mail Software Experience with Jonas Accounting Software a plus
