Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with operational and departmental leaders to review financial activity and help maintain accurate reporting across the business.
- Compile accounting data and assist in producing regular financial reports for internal distribution.
- Prepare financial statements and related supporting schedules in alignment with monthly closing deadlines.
- Record journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger activity to support complete and reliable financial records.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to help ensure balances are accurate and up to date.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes by reviewing transactions and maintaining proper documentation.
- Use Microsoft Excel extensively to analyze data, create pivot tables, and apply lookup functions for reporting and reconciliation tasks.
