• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Construction/Real Estate Accountant to oversee comprehensive financial management within construction and real estate projects.

This role involves managing all accounting functions related to property development, and ongoing operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, real estate and construction project accounting. This role requires accuracy and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations using accounting software. Prepare and interpret financial statements, reports, and analyses to support project budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making. Oversee project-specific financial activities including cost tracking, budget management, and variance analysis for construction and real estate portfolios. Conduct detailed reconciliations and account analysis to maintain accurate financial records. Assist with regulatory reporting obligations, as needed Qualifications Proven experience in full charge construction or real estate accounting with a strong understanding of corporate finance principles. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft or similar platforms; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential. Knowledge of technical accounting standards including

GAAP, SOX

compliance requirements, and regulatory reporting frameworks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately. Experience with accrual accounting methods, double-entry bookkeeping systems, bank reconciliations, journal entries and financial report writing.
