We aren't looking for someone who just checks boxes or follows a script—we need someone curious, adaptable, and eager to help us improve how we work. If you enjoy solving puzzles, refining workflows, and building a strong foundation in fund accounting, this role is for you.
What You'll Do Execute Cash Operations:
Record daily cash transactions and prepare bank wire templates for client fund investments and operational expenses.
Maintain Accuracy:
Reconcile client bank accounts and organize transaction documentation for seamless audit and tax preparation.
Manage Workflows:
Use specialized accounting software and collaboration tools to track and execute daily client deliverables.
What You Bring Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field, with a Major or Minor in
Accounting or Finance Problem-Solving Mindset:
A strong sense of curiosity, attention to detail, and a habit of asking "why" rather than just going with the flow.
Tech Adaptability:
Proven ability to quickly master new software, processes, and systems.
Bonus Points:
