Description We are seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to support the accounting operations of a fast-paced manufacturing and consumer products organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working within NetSuite or SAP, strong month-end close experience, and exposure to inventory and cost accounting. This is a contract to hire position with on a growing tream. Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process.

+ Perform detailed balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

+ Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reporting packages.

+ Support inventory accounting activities, including inventory reconciliations and cycle count reviews.

+ Analyze inventory, purchasing, and manufacturing variances and investigate discrepancies.

+ Monitor inventory transactions and ensure accurate recording within NetSuite or SAP.

+ Assist with cost accounting activities, including product costing and cost of goods sold analysis.

+ Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of manufacturing transactions.

+ Support annual audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.

+ Maintain compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls.

+ Assist with process improvements and ERP optimization initiatives. Requirements Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing, consumer products, food & beverage, or distribution environments.

+ Hands-on experience with NetSuite or SAP.

+ Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.

+ Exposure to inventory accounting, cost accounting, or manufacturing accounting.

+ Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and

XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

+ Experience supporting high-volume inventory environments.

+ Knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis.
