This position combines general accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable responsibilities, with a strong focus on month-end close and reconciliations Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, accruals, and month-end close support Review AP batches for accuracy, including 3-way matching Reconcile credit cards, prepaid expenses, and AP aging to the GL Prepare CRV liability schedules and commission calculations Process weekly check runs and maintain accounting records Manage billing, collections, and cash application Reconcile sales registers and research customer deductions Perform account reconciliations and support general ledger activities Qualifications 3+ years of Staff Accountant experience Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting Experience preparing journal entries and accruals independently Hands-on AP, AR, and month-end close experience Manufacturing industry experience required Intermediate Excel skills including: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Pay Details:
