Job Description

The Junior Onsite Coordinator will support the daily operations of a high-volume staffing account and assist in managing a workforce of 100+ employees . This position is a part time position for Saturday and Sunday. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the staffing industry , be comfortable working directly with employees and client management, and have working knowledge of staffing and workforce management systems such as Avionté and WurkNow . The Junior Onsite Coordinator will assist with employee attendance, scheduling, timekeeping, employee relations, staffing needs, onboarding, reporting, and general onsite support while ensuring company and client policies are followed. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEmployee & Workforce Management Assist with the daily management and support of a workforce of 100+ employees . Monitor daily attendance, call-outs, tardiness, no-shows, and employee availability. Assist with employee scheduling and placement based on client staffing needs. Communicate staffing needs, changes, and employee concerns to the appropriate management team. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Provide employees with information regarding schedules, policies, procedures, and onsite expectations. Assist with employee coaching and corrective action when necessary. Help resolve employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues in a professional and timely manner. Staffing Operations Support the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of temporary employees. Assist with new-hire orientations and ensure employees complete required documentation. Work closely with the client to understand daily staffing requirements. Assist with filling open positions and replacing absent employees. Maintain strong communication between the staffing company, employees, and client. Support daily check-in/check-out processes and ensure accurate employee attendance. Timekeeping & Systems Utilize Avionté to maintain employee information, attendance, assignments, and staffing records. Utilize WurkNow for employee and workforce management functions. Review timekeeping information for accuracy and assist with resolving discrepancies. Enter and maintain employee information and documentation accurately and timely. Generate and review staffing, attendance, and workforce reports as needed. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Safety & Workplace Incidents Assist with documenting and reporting workplace injuries and incidents according to company and client procedures. Immediately communicate injuries, accidents, and safety concerns to the appropriate management personnel. Assist with completing incident/injury documentation accurately and timely. Follow established procedures regarding workplace safety, workers' compensation, and incident reporting. Promote compliance with client safety policies and staffing company procedures. Client Relations Maintain a professional and positive relationship with client supervisors and management. Respond promptly to client requests and staffing concerns. Assist with resolving attendance, performance, and employee-related issues. Communicate staffing challenges and operational concerns to onsite management. Represent the staffing company professionally while working at the client location. Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in the staffing industry , preferably in an onsite, coordinator, recruiter, or similar role. Experience supporting or managing a workforce of 100+ employees strongly preferred. Working knowledge of Avionté required or strongly preferred. Working knowledge of WurkNow required or strongly preferred. Basic knowledge of workplace injury and incident reporting procedures. Strong understanding of staffing operations, attendance management, employee relations, and workforce coordination. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, depending on client and workforce needs. Physical & Work Environment This is an onsite position requiring regular interaction with employees and client personnel. Ability to spend extended periods working at a computer and performing administrative tasks. Ability to walk throughout the client facility as required. Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
