am working with a well-respected, firmly established Commercial Construction Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a strong, quickly growing team of dedicated professionals. I am looking for a hard-working individual in the Accounting Industry ready to join a motivated team. Accountant Experience Required. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate and complete financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Performing bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and other account reconciliations Maintains vendors and subcontractors W-9's, COI for

G.L. & W.C.

Insurance and prepares annual 1099's Performing variance analyses, and other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5 years' experience as an Accountant Must be proficient in scanning, Microsoft Office programs and related computer skills Notary Public is a strong plus but not required CPA is a Plus If you have a desire to work for a leading Construction Contractor as a Senior Accountant, and you have a solid work ethic and a team-player mindset, this would be the perfect position for you.
