Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, deliver accurate financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls. This role suits an organized, analytical accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Own the general ledger, month-end/year-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow monitoring Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls; support AP, AR, and payroll as needed Prepare management reporting, assist with system implementations, and mentor junior accounting staff What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; supervisory and multi-entity experience a plus Strong knowledge of GAAP; advanced Excel skills Experience with accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar) Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
