Job Description

Ingles y español Duties Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections Prepare, review, and record journal entries using accounting software such as QuickBooks online. Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting to verify accuracy of financial data Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records Assist in budgeting activities by analyzing expenses, revenues, and variances for accurate financial planning Generate detailed financial reports, including income statements, cash flow statements, and other analysis documents Support account analysis and account reconciliation efforts to identify discrepancies or errors promptly Use spreadsheets extensively for data analysis, tracking financial metrics, and preparing reports for management Experience Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles with a focus on corporate or non-profit environments Strong knowledge of accounting systems such as QuickBooks (including QuickBooks Online). Demonstrated ability in general ledger reconciliation, journal entries, account analysis, and bank reconciliations Familiarity with technical accounting concepts including double entry bookkeeping and financial report writing. Prior experience working with spreadsheets for data management and financial analysis is important.Pay:
